Paulina is the Bishop of the LCiGB (leader of the Lutheran Church in Great Britain). She serves Lutheran congregations in Nottingham and London. She is deeply involved in ecumenical work (cooperation between different Christian churches), including organisations like Churches Together in England. She has also worked in Anglican-Lutheran cooperation, holding permission to minister within parts of the Church of England due to ecumenical agreements.
